Who we are

What we collect
- Details you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, the division you are interested in, and your message.
- Messages and calls you choose to send by WhatsApp or phone.
- Technical information needed to deliver and protect this website, such as your IP address and browser details. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes this to serve pages, block attacks and run Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from a person.
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not sell personal information.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services.
- To keep this website and our systems secure and free from abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We rely on your consent (given when you submit the form), on steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in keeping our services secure.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you, under obligations to keep it secure. Cloudflare hosts this site and delivers form submissions to our inbox. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply. Some of these providers process information outside South Africa; where they do, we rely on safeguards that offer protection comparable to POPIA.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, and then delete them. Client information is kept for the duration of our work together and as required by law.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold personal information about you and give you access to it;
- correct or delete information that is inaccurate, out of date or no longer needed;
- stop processing your information, or withdraw your consent at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa atinforegulator.org.za.
Security
All traffic to this website is encrypted, form submissions are checked for abuse, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply.
